Melbourne, Victoria Residential Property Investments

Why Victoria is a hotspot

Melbourne 2012

An additional ~717,000 dwellings will be required in the next 18 years, an increase of 34% on current housing stock levels to cater for population growth.  Victoria has a 22,000 dwelling shortfall in supply and is forecast to worsen.  Good news for property investors, as the demand for new property continues to outstrip supply.

I am interested in a Melbourne property investment.
